At Pine & Lumen, we carefully prepare each order so your holiday pieces arrive ready to become part of your Christmas traditions.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during peak holiday periods, major promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

For eligible United States orders, we offer:

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $49.

Orders below the free-shipping threshold will be charged the shipping rate displayed at checkout.

Delivery time begins after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Estimated shipping times will depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holiday congestion, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information whenever tracking is available.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

If tracking indicates that your order was delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first check around the delivery location, with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will help review the situation.

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the product and packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs so we can assist you.
